Verification Limits

• Market figures are conventions, not terms. LD caps (10–20%), warranty tenors (1–2 year workmanship, ~12 year product, 25–30 year performance), flip mechanics, and similar figures describe common practice as of the July 2026 baseline. Actual deals vary; the document in front of you controls.
• Tax rules are summarized at teaching altitude. BOC, recapture, FEOC, and transfer mechanics are stated without the exceptions and computational detail of the notices and statute. Qualification is facts-and-circumstances; nothing here substitutes for the primary sources or for tax counsel on a real position.
• State and local entries describe patterns. Permitting, property tax, community solar, and incentive programs differ by jurisdiction and change by rulemaking; entries describe the recurring structure, not any one program's current rules.
• Dated revision entries summarize guidance. Each ⟳ entry links a change to its instrument, but the summary is not the instrument — read the notice or statute before acting on it.
