The Calendar — Compliance and Covenants

The Calendar —

Every obligation the company owes to someone who will notice: the tax credit, the regulators, the programs, the permits, the lenders, the investors, the insurers. Generated per project from a few facts, with an owner and a lead time on each, and merged with the contract dates from the Register, the projects from the Binder and the entity filings from Who Can Sign This. Kept in this browser and in the files you save; nothing is sent anywhere.

The Calendar is a record-keeping aid and a discipline, not legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is formed by using it. The obligations it generates are the usual ones for the facts entered; the permits, the contracts, the program rules and the statutes govern, and each date should be read against its source before anyone relies on it. Nothing you type here is transmitted anywhere. The tool makes no network call and runs entirely in your browser; the calendar lives in this browser's storage if you leave that on, and in the files you save.
