Who Can Sign This — Signatories and the Entity Register
Air-gapped
By Stephen Brownell

Who Can Sign This —

The DoA’s daily companion. What is being signed, for how much, by which entity: the approval band and the approvers from the DoA, the investor and lender consents that sit on top, the person who may sign for that entity, and the signature block. Alongside it, the entity register and the governance calendar. Kept in this browser and in the files you save; nothing is sent anywhere.

Who Can Sign This is a governance aid, not legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is formed by using it. The bands and gates come from the DoA / RACI Generator’s catalog and the scale you set; the answer is only as good as the register and the DoA the company actually adopted, and the signed documents govern. Filing rules by state are a reference and change; confirm each with the state before you rely on a date. Nothing you type here is transmitted anywhere. The tool makes no network call and runs entirely in your browser; the register lives in this browser's storage if you leave that on, and in the files you save.
